What does coolconcept actually do?

We are a specialist company for refrigeration and air conditioning technology based in Solingen. Our range of services includes comfort air conditioning, industrial and commercial refrigeration, as well as a nationwide cooling tower service. In addition, we offer innovative solutions in the fields of heating technology and photovoltaic systems.

How many vacation days do you offer per year?

Every employee receives 30 vacation days.

What happens to my overtime hours?

Overtime is recorded through our time tracking system and can be taken off flexibly.

Which apprenticeships do you offer?

Every year, we train several apprentices as Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration Technology (m/f/d) and as Plant Mechanics for HVAC Sanitary Engineering (m/f/d).

How are new employees onboarded?

Before you start with us, you'll have the opportunity to get to know our company and many of your future colleagues. During your first weeks, you'll accompany various teams to gain valuable insights into their workflows. A dedicated contact person or training supervisor will always be available to answer your questions. Additionally, the management team always has an open-door policy.
